Changes to the Terms of Business for ECN Accounts

Dear Clients,

The Terms of Business for ECN Accounts will undergo changes in the following sections on 1^st February, 2016:

• Addition of section 7.
• Alteration of clauses 1.1, 1.3, 1.5, 2.4, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 2.11, 2.14, 2.15, 2.19, 2.20, 2.21, 2.24, 2.25, 2.26, 2.27, 2.28, 2.30, 5.1, 5.11, 6.1, 6.2, 8.1, 8.2, 9.2, 9.12, 9.16, 10.1, 10.2.
• Addition of clause 2.31.
• Deletion of clauses 1.4, 3.3, 8.6, 8.7, 8.8.

The remainder of the Regulations will remain unchanged.
