Results of Round 1 of Alpari’s Analyst Contest

Dear Clients,

The time has come to release the results of the first round of our Analyst contest. We had never expected so many people to take part and so making the decision as to who the winners were was a difficult process. We would like to express our thanks to those that took part in this round and hope those that did enjoyed their experience.

And now to announce our first set of winners. Perhaps one of them will become a member of our team of financial market experts.

First round winners:

• 1^st place, 100 USD - Yuri Papshev;
• 2^nd place, 90 USD - Alexei Larionov;
• 3^rd place, 80 USD - Vladimir Kryuchko;
• 4^th place, 70 USD - Anna Kozyreva;
• 5^th place is shared between Anton Golovaty and Mikhail Kachura who receive 30 USD each.

We would like to congratulate our winners for their deserved triumph! We hope that you continue to take part in our contest.

And, of course, we cannot wait to read the analyses made by new participants! The next round of the contest has already begun. The round will last until 17^th January, 2016 (we decided to extend the round slightly to give you more time due to the New Year’s holidays).

Take note, there are several requirements for analyses which participants must take into account; e.g. we do not accept intraday analyses since the processing of submissions may exceed one working day. Moreover, we ask that you please respect our and your own work, being attentive to how your analysis is presented – to the quality of graphs, respecting grammar and punctuation rules and giving credit to work that is not your own.
